"Since we had hundreds of pages of literature and technical documents such as wiring diagrams, CAD system design manuals, installation and fault finding guides in our library, it became essential to make this information available to customers, the building industry and the retail sector, in an easy access formula. We purchased Barrowvale's Site Manager because it gave us the flexibility to deliver this information.

Our website has a facility for us to quickly add new products, articles or documents or to delete them without the need for outside help. The site also allows us to ensure that we are indexed on search engines for relevant search phrases.

We use the website when talking to customers on the phone as it reminds us of the various products in each category and we can then instantly refer them to an appropriate section of the website.
